Our team of service engineers usually carry out their work at the clients premises. This could be a one off call to repair a single piece of equipment or a full day, servicing equipment as part of a comprehensive preventative maintenance package. Engineers are available between 8:30am & 5pm Monday to Friday, calls are taken by our service department staff (01452) 410086 and delegated to the nearest engineer available.

H&N Services... Combination oven calibration, open burner pressure tests and electrical safety tests are just some of the routine tasks carried out every day by our specialist catering equipment engineers to ensure your equipment is working safely and efficiently before it is handed over for the catering staff to use.

Our engineers are fully insured, inducted in all aspects of health & safety and have the experience to solve problems "on the spot". From a dishwasher to a water boiler, from a fryer to a bratt pan H&N 's installation team will make sure your equipment is installed properly. At our premises in Gloucester, H&N have a fully equipped workshop where used equipment is refurbished or repaired. This can be for re-installation back to its original location or for resale to a new customer.

Equipment returned to our workshop for refurbishment is stripped down as required, cleaned and reassembled using new parts.
